Founded in 2004 by Miltos Kambourides and Pierre Charalambides, Dolphin Capital Partners (DCP) is an independent private equity firm specialising in land and real estate investments in South-East Europe, the Caribbean and Latin America. We are a young and dynamic team with a multi-disciplined academic and professional background.

What we do

Dolphin Capital Partners is an independent real estate investment firm which manages Dolphin Capital Investors (DCI) a leading global investor in the residential resort sector in emerging markets and Dolphin Capital Opportunities (DCO), a new investment vehicle set up to invest in the hotel industry in Greece.

Since 2005, DCP have raised approximately Û1 billion in equity capital. In 2006, DCP established DCI as the leading investor in this sector and as one of the largest private seafront landowner in the eastern Mediterranean and beyond with a current asset base of Û910 million.

DCIÕs portfolio is currently spread over approximately 63 million m2 of prime coastal developable land and comprises 14 large-scale, leisure-integrated residential resorts under development in Greece, Cyprus, Croatia, Turkey, the Dominican Republic and Panama. DCI also owns a 49.8% strategic participation in Aristo Developers Ltd, the largest developer and private land owner in Cyprus.
