App is impossible to use

I just got the app and it’s impossible to use. It’s either always frozen, or just sits there and doesn’t register what you click on. If it register it takes a long time to load. I really hoped to use this app but I’m giving up and deleting it.

App review, not product review

The app is continually freezing; not permitting me to sign up and not even loading product lists for me to view even while on WiFi. I’ve also tried my mobile data, uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, as well as completely restarting my device with still no success in the app loading properly.
