Worthless for small business

I downloaded this app with the expectation of using it to access my business account on the go, without having to visit the branch...what a let down. But it's a great bank though.

No support for business accounts...still.

EBSB has been promising better support for business accounts for a long time--and still hasn't delivered. Overall, electronic banking support for such accounts is atrocious (website for business accounts is terrible), and that in conjunction with the lack of ANY support in the mobile app leads me to recommend that any business considering banking with EBSB should steer clear.

Bad Bank, Bad app

Just like East Boston Savings Bank can't do anything right poor policies. Bad app doesn't work. I miss Mt. Washington Bank.

It didn't even make it to the login page, it kept loading forever, this bank needs to get it together cause I want to check my account on the go. PLEASE FIX!!!

FROZEN IN TIME!!!

Displays log-in screen but ALL fields are frozen and have been ever since the app's transition from Mt. Washington Bank which is a while now. PLEASE FIX.
