Nouveau concept pour moi. Je ne suis pas séduit.. L'application "gèle" ou quitte.. pas ça super pro. Aussi, je suis peut être trop attaché aux méthodes "traditionnelles" pour accrocher.

L'application quitte toute seule

J'ai passé plusieurs entretiens via cette application et aucune ne s'est bien passée. L'appli quitte très souvent, provocant des réponses manquantes dans les entretiens et c'est assez frustrant. Leur service client est quasi injoignable, il faut appeler à des horaires précis et le temps d'attente est interminable... Quand au contact par mail... j'attends encore ma réponse 3 mois après !

Questions à revoir!

Pour ma part postulant pour des parfumeries, j'ai trouvé les questions étranges! Sur 19 questions, 1 question sur moi, disant de me décrire en quelques mots donc j'ai été très brève vu que le temps de réponse est également très court! Et puis apres aucunes questions sur mon parcours, mes motivations, mon caractère, mes projets rien! Par conte les questions idiotes comme quel est l'ingrédient particulier de tel parfum, qui est l'égérie de tel marque, quelles sont les marques de tel groupe... Enfin bref impossible de connaître les compositions de tous les parfums du monde, toutes les égéries, toutes les marques ou tous les groupes a qui elles appartiennent... On doit répondre à des questions écrites en tes peu de temps, Ét même en tapant très vite je n'ai pas pu finir mes phrases, j'imagine les gens qui n'écrivent pas vite ils auront le temps d'écrire 3 mots... Bref j'étais pas convaincue par ce genre d'entretien avant de le faire mais une fois fait je confirme que c'est pas le top, car rater un entretien car on ne connaît pas la composition d'un parfum ou qui est l'égérie c'est plutôt ridicule! A quoi ça sert d'avoir des diplômes finalement puisque personne ne s'intéresse a tes connaissances qui elles servent vraiment à quelque chose 😤👎
