Edward™ is able to answer over 1200 topics from information about the hotel such as the address, the nearest train station, the opening and closing times of restaurants and bars to the local attractions and how to get there.
Edward™ is also able to help you with specific information about your reservation such as packages included, departure date and time, arranging upgrades, adding extra amenities, booking transportation, ordering room service and much more.
Edward™ allows you to ask questions and make requests in your own natural language.
If Edward™ is not able to help, he knows who, at your hotel, can help you and asks them to get back to you. Not only that, Edward™ keeps monitoring whether they have got back to you in a timely manner and if necessary escalates your request all the way up to the general manager.
