FIND A PLAN DOCTOR, DENTIST OR HOSPITAL
• Find a doctor that’s right for you. Learn about your doctor, including languages spoken, medical school attended and hospital affiliations.
• See who is accepting new patients and save doctors in a “My Doctors” list.
• Use one-touch calling from your iPhone to contact your doctor.
• EmblemHealth members can schedule appointments online with an AdvantageCare Physicians primary care physician and select specialists.
• Enable push notifications for access to real-time changes in claims, referrals and prior authorization status.
• Get a map and directions from your current location using your device’s GPS. (Location services must be turned on.)

TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS AWAY FROM HOME
• Review plan benefits and copays
• Check claims status
• Pay your bill online.
• View referrals and authorizations.
• View your member ID card, then email or fax it to your doctor’s office.
• You can also change your Primary Care Physician (PCP).

SECURITY
EmblemHealth members must sign in with their User ID and Password or register to access this app. Your personal information is always safe.

Worst app ever!!!

This app never works. Last update they supposedly enhanced provider search and now it doesn’t work at all. There is a “use my location” feature to search, yet this is not connected to the location services on the iPhone so you just get a forever spinning circle. The app looks like a 4 year old designed it. Why do they tell people to download this worthless app is beyond me. It’s as useless as their customer service.

Cant submit Claims via App

The App is too basic, it’s useful to view general info. For example, I can view a Temp ID card, lookup doctors, see Rx coverage info. Etc , but I can’t submit out of network claims for my Out of Network PPO plan. My Car Insurance and My brothers health plan allows them to submit claims via app. Please add the option to submit claims via app. In addition, it would be nice to submit non urgent questions to customer service Via the app.

Minus Star

I cannot fathom that your can’t have an app up and running like the 12 million other apps on the internet. Every time I try to log on, it says my password is invalid, I have changed my god dam password 8 times in the last hour, EVERY TIME IT IS Wrong! To make this even more frustrating then it is you put up a support number to call abs they can help you get online. WELL, THE NUMBER YOU GIVE OUT IS 555-5555, DIAL THAT NUMBER AND THEN WONDER WHY YOUR APP IS THE LOWEST RATED APP IVE EVER SEEN

One of the worst insurance apps ever

This is a terrible app. Aside from the circa 2008 user experience, it is incredibly limited in n what you can do. For instance, you can only search for doctors near your location or near the address on your account. In other words, if you’re using this app at home you have no other option. What happens when you want to search near a specific zip code? Not possible. I’m just really disappointed with Emblem Health overall, and this app just makes that so much more obvious and irritating. Don’t download this app unless you want to use bush league software.

No hospitals are listed for 100 miles even though 2 are near me that take EmblemHealth.
