Website in een app jasje
Deze app is de meest frustrerende op mijn mobiel.
Vaak werkt de site niet waardoor de app er of niet uitziet, of niet werkt.
Meterstanden worden vaak totaal verkeerd geschat en bij correcte stand moet je dan dubbel bevestigen.
Heb je het elke maand ingevuld? Dan heb je toch aan het eind een totaal andere afrekening.
Essent kan zo veel beter leveren dan dat ze met deze app bewijzen.

Slechte omzetting van een hybrid app
Dit is nou een typisch voorbeeld van een slechte hybrid app, als je het wel een hybrid app mag noemen. Dit is niet meer dan een webpageview element. Er is nog geen eens de moeite genomen om het app icon te vervangen. Als je er geen geld/tijd wilt steken in een app maak er dan gewoon geen

Misschien nog eens goed nadenken over de UX en UI... Single sign-on en een native app zou helpen...

Website is hetzelfde en sneller
Deze app is alleen een frame voor de website. Steeds opnieuw je wachtwoord intikken is erg irritant. De website biedt dezelfde functionaliteiten en is dan sneller. Overbodige app.

Wit scherm
Op 5 juli is er een update geweest om een wit scherm te verhelpen. Vanaf die tijd is de app niet bruikbaar vanwege een technische storing. Het is nu 21-8-2016! Wanneer kan ik nou eindelijk een werkende app verwachten?
