WHY DID WE MAKE THIS?
One of our core missions at Everlane is to make online shopping better than offline—and for us, a big part of that is creating a great mobile experience for customers. As mobile screens get bigger, our phones have become portable computers in our pockets. Now you can have Everlane in your pocket whenever you want to shop or browse.

LOVE

The quality and efficiency of this app is amazing! I love this brand and found out about it through Instagram. It's simple and minimalist but classy and elegant. The only issue I have about the app is how you have to scroll through each individual product to view. I wish they would implement an option to view several products without having to scroll through each individual ones.

Buggy and limits options so that you pay more money

This app freezes constantly; at least half the time that I try to open this app, it freezes on the grey screen, despite having an updated app and/or iOS. Moreover, if the app does open, options have been limited so that you spend more money. For one, there's no way to determine if store credit has been applied to your account using the app and even if you *know* that you have store credit, it isn't applied when you try to place an order. The app also doesn't include Everlane's "pay what you wish" option for discontinued or overstocked items. tl;dr Everlane's app is buggy and deliberately limits options so that consumers pay more money than if they were using the website, which makes you wonder why they bother with having an app in the first place.

Could use some improvements

I was just shopping on this app, and for the most part it's nice. That being said, somehow the orders I was going to place just disappeared and nothing is in my bag now. Also, could use a wish list.

App is so slow with latest update

The app runs extremely slow and the coming soon section doesn't load. It sits there few a bit and then the app crashes. Overall slower performance than normal.

Disappointed

As much as I want this app to work, I can no longer rely on it. It regularly crashes and/or fails to load content. I hope that it will one day be reliable, because the design and UI is very nice and fluid.

Love this

This is a nice, clean, uncluttered app. The clothes are a breath of fresh air. Simple, high-quality, tasteful. I love paying with Apple Pay! I just use Touch ID to pay and I'm set. Check out is so speedy!
