No live support. Cant add pic of receipt same day I log it. Have to wait until it populates. Must take pic and then add it later. This doubles workload.

Obnoxious Partisan Emails

Sending out emails to your business customers advocating that they vote for a specific presidential candidate or democracy will end is hysterical. I don’t need to hear the hyperbolic lamentations of your woke CEO.

Violated privacy policy

This company sent an unsolicited political email to all of my employees and vendors violating their own privacy policy and creating awkward conversations within my organization. They broke my trust and used my I formation in appropriately. Not good for a financial company.
