For a premier hotel, this app is terrible

Wow this app is horrible. Poor navigation. No Touch ID. No Wallet support. Mobile web is even a little better. Why have the app? You could do so much more as a premium hotel. Everything above. Custom curated playlists. Location aware offerings and suggestions. Tourist maps for every Fairmont location. That's the kind of thing you expect from the fairmont where the hotels are amazing but the app is so so far from that. Makes you look bad.

Still awful, backward, un-ergonomic and terribly laid out

Has terrible flow-through, causes constant hunting to complete tasks! No link to phone numbers on main options screen! Awkward options for room and rate selection! "Book" button appears on some screens and not others - clearly this app has not been tested on a "customer ease" basis! Didn't tell me one of my rooms wasn't booked until after finalizing - had to cancel booking! Wouldn't allow corrections or even tell me what was wrong with booking! A terrible app, Fairmont should ask PriceLine to build an app for them! Disgraceful that this hotel company can't get a simple iPhone app that is easy to use after all these years. Fairmont app is a failure and joke!

Decent app, but missing key feature

While the app includes helpful information on Fairmont properties as well as the expected tool to book rooms, a key features remains missing: the app will not save login credentials, now does it support TouchID. It appears to be the only hotel/booking app missing this feature, and is absence makes this app less useful than it could be.

Doesn't Work

Application simply doesn't work. Enter your login credentials and it keeps asking for the credentials just entered. Ugh!

It doesn't sign in !!!

How is it possible that the app doesn't let you sign in ?! This is so bad, I can't even elaborate. And I read here that this is not a new issue. Plus : if we click on "app support", it just redirect to the Fairmont website. Ridiculous! Please DO fix it ! Thank you.

Doesn't Work

Won't let me log in. Says I need to enter user name and password. Both fields filled out but something is broken. Can't log in - can't use! Hilton and SPG are winning the tech game not Fairmont.
