Description:
FCB Well – activities for body, mind, spirit and team
We all live hectic lives. We all want to get the best out of every day. But that can only happen if we’ve got well bodies and well brains, and if we leave stress-fuelled cynicism at the door and feel good about ourselves and this world we’re changing.
Giving yourself a nudge is hard when you’ve got a million other things to do. So let the FCB Well app do the nudging.
• Daily activities help you look after your body, mind, spirit and team.
• Commit to a task or shake for something easier, harder or just different.
• Work your way through three difficulty levels.
• Pitch in – help us create more activities.
Note: You’ll need a CultFCB password to log into the FCB Well app.
