Featherdale Wildlife Park employs over 100 full-time, part-time, casual and volunteer workers in various disciplines including: Animal Care and Husbandry, Hospitality, Retail, Administration, Maintenance, Sales and Marketing, Education and Conservation. Featherdale is also involved with volunteer and workplacement programs, including the Penrith Schools Industry Partnership and TAFE - Western Sydney Institute. Featherdale Wildlife Park is owned by Elanor Investors Group (ASX: ENN), an Investment & Funds Management company located in Sydney, Australia. Featherdale has a strong Corporate Social Responsibility program and supports the Australian Koala Foundation, Save the Tasmanian Devil program, Save the Bilby Fund, as well as sponsoring over 1,000 local schools and charities through fundraising assistance.
