Downloaded to try and stalls
The app gets as far as the delivery side for a Fetch, and as soon as I finish with the location confirmation it freezes.
This happened 5 times and could not find a work around.

Horrible service and communication
To get through the phone I had to wait more than 8 full minutes!!! Then the customer service rep promised to send an email with the time of delivery as they had given a range of 9-18!!!!! And after 90 min no communication whatsoever I call back... stay on hold for 8:30 min before an agent picks up my call... to be told that they can't send their customers emails!!!! And the delivery is requested to be before 11:30... guess what time it is now?!?! It is 12:10 and the messenger didn't even contact me yet!!!!! After being on the line for 19 minutes, I ask to speak to the manager the agent puts me on hold to become a call of total 21:30 min without any useful info and guess what happens next... the line be gets cut off!!!! And till now, nobody called nor emailed!!!!

Stupidest company ever
Worst service ever. Didn't deliver between the NINE hour delivery window. Didn't even deliver within the day. Worst customer service ever. When I called to ask where my delivery was they said they can't contact the driver directly so I have to wait. So I waited from 9am to 3pm with no update and no delivery. Called three times no use. Waited until 7pm and by that time they had closed for the day. Joke of a service. You'd get your package faster if you walked to pick it up. If you can't do the one thing you're meant to do then please tell me what your point is.
