Awful

Might be the worst banking app ever made. I get constant "the data network is busy or unavailable" when trying to view my accounts after logging in. Very basic set of features and UI, which wouldn't be a huge issue if it actually worked.

I agree with arsoneffect

… and I’m out the door, taking an hour out of my day I can’t really afford, to go to the bank. The check deposit feature stopped working. “Business Day limit exceeded.” << That’s a meaningless (and, I’d argue), erroneous) error message. It’s astonishing that on a phone with TouchID I need to enter my password on this app. Developers, listen up: if the bad guys make it far enough into my iPhone to launch the app, we’ve all got bigger problems to deal with.

No TouchID, very basic layout

This app is quite behind the competing banks' apps I have previously dealt with. Even though it's a smaller regional bank, I have used a credit union's app that serves the same small area and it is leaps and bounds better than what Fidelity is providing (TouchID, Apple Watch Support, more intuitive and full featured app, etc). It's 2015, not 2009 Fidelity, just having Mobile Deposit and Balance PreView isn't going to cut it.
