Mobile Timecard entry for FinancialForce PSA V11.0 or later. Requires PSA Mobile Time V1.1 add-on package to be installed in Salesforce org with PSA installation. User must have a valid and properly-licensed login to this Salesforce org in order to use the app.

PSA Mobile Time V1.1 includes:

- Time Against Tasks support
- Expanded menu functionality
- Added navigation to a specific date
- Simplified reloading of data

Pin login not working with custom domain

App requires to register a pin, but then login with pin doesn’t work. End up on a page with unhelpful error and have to exit program, remove pin, remember to scroll down to enter custom domain, login, register pin that I can’t use. User interface after login is confusing The only good thing is that it allows me to enter my time on my mobile. But at what cost to my well being?

Stunningly incompetent

I have never before been moved to write a review for an iOS app, but PSA Time has inspired me with its sheer ghastliness and stunningly incompetent execution. The app constantly crashes, keeps losing its connection to Salesforce, and emits nothing but errors whenever I try to start a new timecard. Even attempting to start a new card from a copy of the previous week’s card doesn’t work; the application always reports that “We are still loading Timecard data. Please try again in a few moments.” No, I don’t think so. It’s not easy to surpass the sheer dreariness of the FinancialForce Timecards web desktop, so at least its brain-damaged mobile sibling has managed to do that. iOS reports that PSA Time is version 1.0.0.0000, but it doesn’t even feel like a beta release; this is an alpha version 0.1 crime against software. If only I could award it only 0.1 stars.

Complete Garbage

Total garbage. Unusable app with no functionality. Even the full site through mobile is unusable. Sad part is the people trying to use this app don’t have a choice because their corporate chose for them. Total garbage.
