Note: The BeyondTrust iOS Rep Console works with existing BeyondTrust Remote Support and Bomgar Remote Support installations, version 15.2.1 or above, that have trusted CA-signed certificates.

Update will crash you app

May 10th 2016 iOS update made the app completely unusable. You can't see the top of the remote screen, have to click an inch or so to the left of what you want to click, and it sometimes right clicks when you left click. Was working just fine prior to updating. UPDATE: this problem has been fixed in the current version. Cursor is a white dot which is very hard to see on "i" devices. Would be better if it was an arrow as it is on a PC.

Unusable & unacceptable

Completely unacceptable. We pay for the most expensive remote support product in the industry... The fact that this app is STILL broken is infuriating. FIX IT!!!

Broken

We just deployed Bomgar. This app connects to our site and can start sessions with jump clients. However, the clients screen can not be seen. Only the cursor shows. You can control the cursor and click too. But it isn't really useful since nothing from the remote jump client displays for the represenative!

V2.2.7 does not work with latest iOS for iPhone. V2.2.6 works fine. Do not update!!!!

Latest update broke app

Like the other current version review says, this update completely broke the app. Can't see entire client screen and you have to move mouse pointer WAY to the left to click the button you're trying to click. Much easier to take out my laptop and connect it to my phone hotspot.
