——-Fivestars is shady and not recommended for small businesses
I Do Not Recommend this company my little cousin had a massive stroke and lost her husband within 5 months. She was in the hospital in ICU. I personally called this company and advised them she was sick She left her daughter authorized on her account. Fivrstars sent No letters. No calls. No warnings No Emails
No payment arrangements offered they DEACTIVATED her account and shut down her ability to run her small business.
In the middle of a pandemic. Our family was devastated by this.
USE CAUTION with this company.

App no longer works!
Not sure what the deal is, but from reading reviews, I’m definitely not the only person experiencing problems. App won’t open at all for me.

Fake Reward/ waste of time
They sent me multiple different promotion for my birthday reward and when I try to use them at store, none of those store recognized from their side. How do they provide promotion that can’t be used at all? Customer service is not working at all. They takes + month to reply or solve your issue. (They haven’t reply back to me with any reasonable answers yet) Do not waste time and put yourself in confusion.
