Lousy

- Touch ID set up does not work. - Automatic logout from inactivity freezes the app such that you have to "reboot" the app. After doing this, it fails to recognize Touch ID setting.

No Business Access

A bank this size does not have an app for business customers. I've been with this bank for 6 yrs now and their online banking and Moblie banking is horrible. Why?

Simply doesn't work

Mobile deposits simply don't work. I took 8 photos of my check and none of them were accepted- the weird thing is that it gave me a different error each time. I am trying to switch from Wells Fargo to my local bank but so far I'm not impressed. I'm not fond of Wells Fargo but at least they don't waste my time; their app works. Come on Fremont Bank-- you can do better

Doesn't support customers that only have a loan

Only works if you have a checking account with them. Disappointing that the app isn't available for customers that only have a mortgage loan with the bank.
