I order from here quite often for me, partner, and our friends and it's very convenient to be able to pick it up since time constraints would prevent us from ordering and/or dining on site. The bowls and burritos are very delicious. I would recommend this food to anyone looking for a healthy lunch option. My rating would be five stars based on the overall food quality but we've also run into some issues here: One issue we've had is that when we pay for extras (extra broccoli, extra cheese, extra quinoa etc.) we are rarely given more than the typical amount. I don't know if this is accidental or due to intentional cheapness, but it's certainly been disappointing. We also have an issue whenever we order the Energii bites. We all really enjoy the original peanut butter flavored bites and will often each order a pack of them. We are always sure to order the original peanut butter flavored ones, since we DO NOT enjoy the new cocoa flavor at all (the only thing on the menu that tastes gross). Despite specifically ordering ONLY the peanut butter flavor we are often given the cocoa flavor instead. I suspect that not very many people want this flavor so the owner is pushing it to get the bad product off their hands. We have tried to make ourselves pretty clear about not wanting the cocoa bites, and even mention it at the counter at pickup to make sure our order is being processed correctly. Employees will nod and say ok to this, but then proceed to put the cocoa bites in our bag instead of the peanut butter ones. This isn't the biggest issue obviously but the fact that it continues to occur is quite annoying.

I downloaded this app after seeing that my freshii location had a mobile order pickup option--this would be very valuable to have during my lunch breaks! Unfortunately, the ordering app does very little to explain the ordering process to customers--I can't tell if the ingredient options that I'm asked to select are to create the entire bowl, or if they are in addition to the menu item that I selected. Because of this, I am just foregoing the use of the app and will continue to order in store.

I placed my mobile order and headed over to the restaurant. There's no "mobile order pick up" station, so you have to shout down a worker to see if your order is ready. Mine wasn't, so I waited. And waited. And waited. After 30 minutes, and a bunch of in store orders being called out, I shouted down the same worker to check on my order. It had apparently been sitting there getting cold for several minutes. She had the gall to tell me I am supposed to check with them for the order. When I pointed out I'd spoken to her when I arrived, she just shrugged a sorry. The food isn't bad and it's one of the few healthy options in my area. But I wouldn't bother with the app until the stores can get their act together.

This latest one doesn't even recognize me as a user!

One of my favorite things about this app is when it automatically launches in Spanish, or when it logs me out when I'm in the middle of an order. That's fun.

The app is convenient for not having to wait in line for an hour at lunch. However, you need to rethink your "use rewards" flow. There is no clear path for a user to follow to use the free meal they have earned. The button looks like it's apart of the bill. Make it actually look like a button, or trigger a pop up once a free meal is available. Horrible user experience on that end.
