Lacking

Lacks capabilities available on desktop version like completing eforms. No role for employees who need to see certain information. Capabilities are limited especially for rec centers HOAs. For example reservations can only be made in one hour increments no half hour increments or 15 minutes.

Confused.

This website was very confusing. It asks you to take a one question survey and then doesn’t give you an active link from which to use to take the survey so you have to retype in the line of text to do that. I didn’t.The payment method should be more clear. To use a credit card they charge you are hit with a 4% fee. That’s more than it cost them for a visa which is 3%.Even to process a payment from the checkbook has a three dollar processing fee. Why? There should be no cost to do that. Nobody charges a fee for electronic transfer. Overall the POA needs to find a different service website.

Review

App is very hard to use. There is no search function. Communications are not in the communication section. I’ve sent emails about having a repair done to the sprinkler and get email response, but it’s not listed in our pending work orders.
