It's ok but I would MOST CERTAINLY GIVE THIS A FIVE PLUS PLUS PLUS PLUS RATING AND THEN MUCH MUCH MORE IF Ultrasound topics in regards to use of sonogram both TTE AND TEE During ECMO, and CPB as well as the use during urological cases were present in this app. ECMO ANDCPB OFTEN are assisted by the use of ultrasound. The use of TEE in deairing the heart AND ALSO OFTEN MONITORING A PATIENT ON ECMO CAN BE VERY CRITIY. During weaning of the patient off of Extracorporeal support TEE AND/OR TTE CAN PLAY A PROFOUND IMPACT ON OBSERVING HOW WELL THE HEART IS ABLE TO PUMP ON ITS OWN AND WHEN THAT IS OBSERVED TO BE GOING POORLY, than the use of ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY can be valued in the diagnosis of exactly the weaning processis not going well and this can be used to fix this problem so that weaning can be continued all the way to final discontinuation of ECMO AND CPB!! I think that this app is good but this could be better. This app has such great future. I CERTAINLY SEE AND BELIEVE THIS!!!! N
