Terminated my account.
My account was terminated after one use of the service. I didn't get an explanation after responding to "customer service". I gave praise to this company on my radio show..But guess what's going to happen now after still not getting a reason why my account was terminated? It won't be pleasant!

What a TERRIBLE APP and Customer Service
I used this app twice and thgought it was a convenient way of getting a car when needed. I had an emergency today where I needed a car right away, I go on the app and it says there was an issue with my CC, so I try and update throught the instructions on the app - and it locks me out. I call customer service and it turns out, if you try and make updates through the app it locks you out. Isn't it supposed to be an app that they're running? Answer is no, you have to go their website to make changes. What a joke! Save your time and money and use a different service. They said it'll take between 24 hours to 7 days to get an answer on when my account will be unlocked. Except I neded a car TODAY, not in 7 days. Wish I could give it zero stars.
