Ok

Works ok for me, I'm not having any of the issues others have reported. But it definitely needs alot of improvement. It's slow and looks out dated. A whole new app and banking system should be released in August, according to someone from GUCU.

If I could give zero stars I would

This app is terrible. Almost never works properly. I cannot understand why they have not taken the time to fix the issues as they have been ongoing for sometime.

Was 4 star app until latest update

I've been using the app for about a year now and the only frustrating detail is that the transactions made don't show immediately or even within 24 hours for that matter. However, I primarily use this account for savings so it hasn't been a big deal. Until now! Now, it won't even load. I've even went so far as to delete the app and reinstall. Still nothing. Please fix asap!

No login page comes on

Ever since the upgrade, the log on page won't appear or takes a LONG time to load! I miss the older version. Aside from the GUCU "icon" being stuck and not loading the login page, everything else is fantastic. It becomes pointless to have this app if I cannot use it!!!!! FIX IT!!
