Gforce MATCHES BUSINESSES WITH THE BEST PEOPLE Gforce began in 1983 as a community based group training organisation focused on Apprentices and Trainees. In recent years we have expanded our service to cater for all employment and recruitment needs. With branches in Geelong, Corio and Ballarat, Gforce employs up to 1000 people weekly, including Apprentices and Trainees, School Based Trainees and Temporary Labour Hire Staff. Gforce is actively involved in our local community, fulfilling our corporate mission of enriching peopleÍs lives. Through the provision of financial support, as well as encouraging staff involvement in community service delivery, we have contributed more than $1.8 million to various projects over the last ten years.
