Cant log in

Tells me I’m connected via fb and to log in with fb button but when I click log in it just keeps asking for my email and there is no fb button. Useless.

Gold star is a rip off

When events are cancelled because of the pandemic I requested a refund . I believe that my request is justified as it is not my fault that the shows were cancelled. They insisted that they cannot refund my money and just credit my account. I have to go through the credit card company to get charges reversed. I will avoid going through them the next time around.

Cancelled events and refunds

My event was cancelled because of the pandemic. Apparently, I will not receive a refund for the purchased tickets, only credit. The initial email about the cancellation notified me that I could choose either refund or credit. I chose refund. I do understand that it is important to support the arts at this time, but I really need the money to feed my family.

Getting too “adult” oriented

I used to love Goldstar, but practically all I find now is strip shows and “adult” themed events. At least Institute a filter for those of us looking for a classy, clean night out. You are becoming very trashy.
