Customer service still not good

App is easy to order from. Just beware if something goes wrong at the restaurant, that Grabb company will not respond to you even though they have already taken your money. Ritual App people has much better customer service.

Non-existent customer service

It is fine when all goes well. However, when one restaurant twice gave me my order with missing items, I complained to Grabb. They did not respond to me.
