👎🏼Not worth it could be great but it’s not

Some of the series don’t have all complete episodes When the heart calls is one of them. The eighth season is now on TV now you get only season seven on this app then you either have to buy some of the seasons or watch them somewhere else this is ridiculous six bucks a month.👎🏼

Obscure Hallmark Vault Content

App design: The app is nicely designed and fairly simple to use. Content: The content is all old nothing new to watch. I’ll skip the app and find something else to buy for my app. If you can release new movie content then it would be worth it otherwise welcome to the 80’s/90’s and obscure content lost in the Hallmark Vault!!

Crashes

I was so excited about this app, but every time I use it it crashes or when I watch a movie it won’t let me watch another I have close the app before I’m able to watch another movie. I love Hallmark, but this was awful. I gave it 2 months my Netflix and HBO max is fine it’s just this app that gives me issues. I sadly unsubscribed today.

Disappointed with the New app

We loved watching movies with the old app where we could chromecast it to our bigger screen. With the new app/updated app, we have not been able to chromecast it, and today now we’re not able to watch anything. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled, and the same thing happens. I’ve not heard anything from Hallmark as to helping us with this. I wish for more contact and a solution to fixing this problem or we’ll have to unsubscribe and find another means to watching the movies. (which we have really enjoyed!)

Can’t watch anymore

Since Hallmark updated to 13.0 my IPad is only 12.5 I can’t get to see the movies I’m paying for and can’t find an old version to download..very upset!
