Selskapet er nyetablert som et resultat av vellykket utfall av anbudskonkurransene pŒ Oslo Lufthavn og Flesland Lufthavn. Selskapet har i dag serveringssteder pŒ syv lufthavner i Norge, og vil Œpne ti nye konsepter pŒ Oslo Lufthavn, Gardermoen i 2017 og seks konsepter pŒ Bergen lufthavn, Flesland.
