Non existent customer service

The customer service for this app is literally non existent. They say to email the customer service but don’t even provide an email. No number to call just emails that never get answered. Absolutely pathetic.

They “stole” my money!

Two months ago I purchased 2 flight tickets with the freeze option. The day prior to the freeze expiring I decided to complete the purchase. The directions state: 1) “Tap on the flight that you’ve purchased a price freeze for to start the unfreeze process.” *THAT OPTION WASN’T AVAILABLE TO ME. Nowhere on the app reflected my price freeze purchase BUT the money was taken from my account. 2) continue with the booking process and purchase your flight at the current shown price...” Again,There was no way for me to continue booking because my price freeze purchase was nowhere to be found within the app. So of course I became very anxious and immediately attempted to contact customer service through the app because I could not find a phone number anywhere in the app nor google. Even when you request help through the app it takes you to frequently asked questions. Can you imagine how annoying that is when you’re in a race against time! I was hours away from price freeze expiration and the only options I have for customer service is to request help through the app!!? Anyhow I would begin a chatWith customer service and it would say standby until a representative is able to assist me. No one would ever come on the chat line, then hours later I’d get an email saying “How was your conversation with <insert name>?” Long story short, after multiple cycles of this I just gave up! I went directly to the airline’s website and made the purchase. Hopper stole my $104! I say stole because they take your money but make it very hard to get back if you have any issues. Customer service is nonexistent. I’ll never ever use them again. Buyer Beware!

WHAT A SCAM.

At first glance, this app seems like it is a good idea, but I just tried to purchase a ticket to Arizona at about 30-40$ cheaper then on the website, heck yeah, right? Well when it came time to complete transaction, the flight “sold out” at that price so it was going to be $62 more then said price which made it more than just buying off the companies site.. so I decided I would look for a new available ticket.. oddly enough the same ticket was on the list for the same $62 cheaper price so I clicked on it, same deal at check out it seemed that that ticket “prices had been raised by $62, sadly” so be careful it’s probably better to just buy off company website and not get tricked by this app..
