HouseCanary Appraiser is the market’s most comprehensive solution for residential appraisals - with forms pre-filled from MLS, public records, FEMA and features including Sketch, maps, work file and report storage all integrated in one application - at no additional cost. The streamlined workflow allows you to spend less time re-keying data and more time exercising judgement.

With the iOS app, you can sketch on site, get optimal driving directions, fill in data using voice to text as well as access the same functionalities as the website. All the data is synced seamlessly across the app and desktop so that you can start on-site and finish in the office. If your iPad is offline while appraising, we will sync all the data for you once it has data/internet connection again.

Great designed app! Syncs automatically b/c they are cloud-based, don't need to press a button to sync to their web/desktop app. Also no internet needed for inspection.

Core Foundation is a framework that provides fundamental software services useful to application services, application environments, and to applications themselves. Core Graphics

Core Location Framework
The Core Location framework lets you determine the current location or heading associated with a device. The framework uses the available hardware to determine the user’s position and heading. You use the classes and protocols in this framework to configure and schedule the delivery of location and heading events. You can also use it to define geographic regions and monitor when the user crosses the boundaries of those regions. In iOS, you can also define a region around a Bluetooth beacon.
