Helpful app

I like this because I prefer making appointments online. The ER check in service is neat, thankfully I havent had to use it but feel better having it & directions already in my phone if anything would ever happen to me or my daughter.

Actually Useful

This app is actually useful. I've saved several of my providers to my list for quick access to schedule an appointment. I haven't had to use the ER wait time or ER check-in yet (thankfully), but that's nice to have in case.

Hospital Wait Times and App Wait times don't agree

The IASIS App says Zero wait time at Mountain View in Mesa, AZ. If I try to make an appointment with the hospital Emergency room there is a 1 1/2 hour wait. Also, the app is really useless because you can't use to make a reservation. I don't think the app is being updated on a regular frequency, automatically or manually. The Odessa, TX site shows a 37hr wait.
