ICSG provides high-end tailor-made European service standard, based on local knowledge in major destination in South East Asia and Oceania, such as Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Myanmar, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand. Founded in 2011, Indochina Strings Group founder initiated its humble beginning in Ho Chi Minh City possessing its passion for travel and 15 years of experience in tourism and hospitality industry. The office later on moved to the central business district of Manila Philippines in 2012. Indochina Strings Philippines positioned itself as the leading travel provider in the e-commerce industry while continuously operating as boutique DMC for inbound market. After the huge success of the Manila office in less than a year, Indochina Strings Group re-opened Ho Chi Minh City office to be able to focus on increasing demand in the Indochina region. Indochina Strings Group becomes partner in Singapore and Malaysia with AsiaÍs top B2B supplier, JTB Group. Shortly thereafter, Hong Kong, Cambodia, Thailand, Laos and Australia offices were established. In the second quarter of 2015, ICSG entered into accommodation business, acquiring a luxury villa in Chiang Mai, Thailand _ Chiang Mai Luxury Villa (www.chiangmailuxuryvilla.com) and a small hotel in UNESCO World Heritage town of Luang Prabang in Laos called Luang Prabang Hotel, formerly known as Villa Merry Lao 3, which soon be converted to a boutique hotel.
