Just OK
The two courses (Improv and Sax) do a fairly decent job as very introductory lessons. If you have never played or attempted improv, these modular lessons can be a decent start. They are in no way a substitute for a good teacher or a comprehensive learning plan. I am still looking for a decent iPad app that does this. The Real Book project has good backing tracks, and Instuner really helps tuning. Haven't tried the BiaB iPad app but will soon.
