These renters include foreign professionals relocating to the US without US Credit history, international and domestic students, retirees, self-employed individuals, and young college and professional school graduate entering the workforce, and non-employed US and foreign persons with significant cash liquid assets, all who in many cases cannot qualify to rent an apartment.
