Iron Smoke Whiskey is an apple wood smoked whiskey. Each batch is carefully handcrafted and aged in Seneca Falls , NY. We use all locally grown ingredients and the result is an unbelievably smooth and tasty whiskey with a hint of smoke to the flavor. Our launch date is set for October 2013 and we are eagerly awaiting the arrival from product now in the barrel.
