JEWISHcolorado is the central hub for the Denver/Boulder Jewish community. JEWISHcolorado is a strong, vibrant, impactful organization bringing together our community, educating this generation and the next, connecting with the Jewish world, and using the power of our donorsÍ generosity to make a difference in the lives of others. We are a member of the Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA), together with Jewish Federations and independent communities across the country. OUR VISION We will create positive, dynamic impact in a variety of ways in our community and around the world. Our vision is to be recognized as the principal organization working to secure the future of our local Jewish community as well as its relationship with Israel and the Jewish world. Our dream for Colorado is to be known around the world as a great place to live, work, play and be Jewish. OUR MISSION We have two powerful mission objectives: - We secure, steward and share philanthropic and human resources. - We mobilize the community in times of need. OUR VALUES We are inspired by the timeless Jewish values of Tzedakah (an act of social justice; sharing a portion of oneÍs wealth with those less fortunate and for the common good), Clal Yisrael (a shared sense of community and collective responsibility among all Jews), Tikkun Olam (to repair the world), Derech Eretz (a commitment to civility and the consideration for others), and LÍdor VaDor (from generation to generation).
