Our Custom Manufacturing Division (ñKCMî) is composed of two business units. The first unit is our KIK contract manufacturing business. It is a leading contract manufacturer of HPC products in North America, serving over 100 CPG companies. KCM fills approximately 25% of all home & personal care aerosol products in the United States. Seven of our plants are FDA certified, & we produce OTC products including sunscreen, depilatories, oral care, skin care, and topical treatments, among others. The second unit is our Prestige Beauty unit, which is a manufacturer for leading prestige brands. We have developed award-winning innovations for prestige salon and skin care customers. KIK Consumer Brands Overview Household Our Household business supplies private label cleaning products & is the leading supplier of private label bleach in North America. It also supplies products, such as Top Job¬, Greased Lightning¬ & The Works¬. In Canada, through Lavo, we manufacture the following brands: Arctic Power¬, ABC¬, Old Dutch¬, Springtime¬, La Parisienne¬, and Hertel¬. Pool Our Pool business is a leading supplier of pool and spa treatment products. Products include Clorox¬ Pool&Spa» (under license), Pool Time¬ and Pool Essentials¬, our BioGuard¬ brand in North American & Australian professional channels & our Bayrol¬ brand across Europe. Automotive Our Automotive business is comprised of the Prestone¬ and Holts¬ businesses. Other brands include Holts¬, Redex¬ and Simoniz¬ (outside North America). Personal Care Our Personal Care business, SolSkyn Personal Care LLC, markets the Bullfrog¬, Ocean Potion¬ and No-Ad¬ Sun & Skin Care brands, & others.
