The app has a lot of potential, supposedly offering users the chance of an up-to-date time table that makes the changes as and when your lecturer requires, as well as offering a live bus tracker for the university service. Sadly it just doesn't work, the time table becomes increasingly unreliable. It fails to load some lectures until the morning of a 9am start and can even load them after they have happened!?!? Also it fails to realise changes in module, which can lead to lessons appearing which are no longer relevant, leaving you 100% in the dark as to where and when you're meant to be at your lecture. The bus tracker is useless, because there is never a bus registered as in service, so you have no idea where they are. A pointless add on to an app which already fails at delivering its primary objective, I hope the uni releases updates to better the app, and make it a useful tool for a student, until then, I would discourage use of the app to anyone.

Keeps me up to date with my lectures

I am totally relying on it right now, it tells me when/what/where my classes are, as if a customised auto-updated online diary just for me; this takes a huge load off of me, because osis is sooo tedious! one of the best things my uni has done :p

I am unable at times to access my timetable and other features such as my library account at times for a long duration. It seems the system may have crashed or that the connection of this app is extremely slow. Apart from the negatives of poor connections and error pages from time to time, it is a useful app. It gives you your timetable, library account and library searches and in addition key info with bus routes to kingston university. Its a shame it has such major poor connection failures. Please update your app so it becomes beneficial for others to download and promote.
