Bugs are infuriating

I never use this app and come away thinking, "wow! That was easy!". The bugs almost always prevent my changes from saving, particularly the profile picture. Crisis.

Brilliant Opportunity Potentially Wasted

The Levo Resume app is absolutely beautiful - as mentioned in other reviews, it is very well designed and has an innovative display. I believe if their app developer got to work on fixing the seemingly small (but very annoying) bugs that are present, this app could beat out all other resume building apps - especially considering the suite of other career-based apps offered by Levo. It is a major shame that Levo has apparently ignored these little glitches - it is a serious disservice to the app users. Such a gorgeous display makes the user trust it will work, and when it doesn't it is very frustrating. I first used the app in 2014 and experienced problems with saving job info and with exporting a resume - tried again in 2016 and the exact same problems are present. To sit on these issues for two years makes me as a user feel as though Levo doesn't care about providing service to their customers, which loses me as a user. If they iron out those kinks, which I believe must be easy for a good developer, and add a way to choose from a variety of different resume layouts, I would happily use this app and recommend it to others. As is, however, its beautiful design is rendered useless. Shame.
