Our team is currently advising on projects with a 10,000+ pipeline of PRS residential units nationwide with depth of understanding that sets us aside from our competitors. Our clients include major funders and developers. We are highly engaged in technology solutions including the development of our own smart app technology and we focus heavily on putting the customer at the heart of everything we do. We are often engaged at an early stage and our LIV Consult team undertakes demographic and viability analysis as well as financial modelling with a strong focus on net operating income. We are working as part of the project design team on some of the UK's leading PRS projects where our role is to help shape buildings to deliver superb living environments as well as to create efficient management operating models.
