Loafers is a Whole Wheat Mill and Bakery. We specialize in making bread the old fashion way from freshly milled stone ground whole wheat flour and all natural ingredients. Our bread is made from scratch and hand kneaded each morning. We use no preservatives and the basic ingredients to our loaves is flour, water, yeast, salt and honey. We believe in simple chemical free baking. We have three locations in the Pittsburgh Area. Our Bakeries include a cafe which serves Sandwiches, Soups and Salads.
