Barely usable

I’ve been using Lodgify for over a year and their app is frankly pretty awful (their website is a little better but not really great). In particular their user interface is ATROCIOUS! It is extremely challenging for me to do anything with the app other than view reservations and calendar. Imitating and editing a booking are extremely cumbersome. This company needs to invest in some halfway decent UI/UX folks because the ones that built this app have no talent. Update (2/2021) - their UI got WORSE!!! They added in a chat icon so you can chat with their team. They ask you for their email (which they already have since it’s what I use to login) which BLOCKS the icon that allows me to send pre-written email from the app. So I can no longer send pre-written emails from their app. This was literally one of the sole things I could successfully do from the app and now a worthless chat feature has been added that blocks this (guess what - I’ve been waiting for a half hour for someone to respond via their new messaging widget built into the app and no luck).

Not really suitable for mobile use

After subscribing to lodgify I am a sad about the mobile phone application. It needs BIG improvements to adjust rates and get into the basic functionalities. competitive rental needs adjusting every other day (Airbnb is switching their commission to your price setting as soon as u use a channel manager AND not allowing intelligent pricing anymore...) so I in order to stay competitive I WOULD LOVE to quickly change rates ... and access the main settings... the Lodgify app only presents a calendar and current reservations with a tool to message your client, or create or bloc a date. That’s not really sufficient for the price I pay for setting up my rental with them... I really want to go deeper into the settings of my available rooms on the go & sincerely hope Lodgify will work out an app that is possible to manage hosting efficiently on a mobile phone. I got 11 months ahead of my subscription but I am not convinced by this channel manager app so far.

I want to like Lodgify but their app needs major improvements

lodgify.com works fine but the app is a critical part of managing my business and unfortunately it’s not very good. You can’t edit your listing, upload photos... you have to email your photos to your desktop and then upload :( At the moment I’m dealing with bugs and can’t click on a reservation. As a owner and manager of three listings I do most of my STR management through the Airbnb and VRBO apps. Lodgify is my channel manager for both so a fully functioning feature rich app is critical. Another issue overall is setting up automated emails before during and after a guest stay. It is not flexible and does not allow you to customize by listing.
