Designed for use with the Lomography Smartphone Film Scanner, the LomoScanner App allows you to scan 35mm photos with your smartphone and makes sharing them with the world quicker and easier than ever before! Once your phone is placed on the Scanner, simply open the App, scan your photograph, correct the colors with just the touch of a button and it’s ready to archive or share with your friends.

We are currently working on a new version of the app which will have features for quickly scanning and stitching panoramic photos and for animating movies shot with the LomoKino camera!

Please note that the app is in its early stages. We wanted to launch it as soon as we could to get your feedback on the basic functionality. We will work hard to optimize the app based on your input. Horrible

Doesn't work, freezes for no apparent reason. It even froze when it asked to be reviewed. How can you folks justify putting out a produce with zero app support?

Lucky?

I may be one of the lucky ones because the app has worked for me for the most part, but definitely has been buggy with a freeze-up and strange things happening in the photo window. My biggest gripe, however, is the absolutely horrible color controls make my negatives look like garbage. There also seems to be very flakey white balance going on too. The devs definitely need to fix this app!

App is worthless, scanner ok

I agree this app is worthless. In addition to locking up at times, the output is very low res, 1 mp. However, you can use any camera app with the device. I use Camera+ with it. Not anywhere near a scanner's quality, but ok in a pinch.

Garbage. PLEASE FIX THIS.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I have been a lomo lover for years, but have been unable to look past the supremely low quality products they have been putting out lately. This app is the worst - crashes every single time and even crashed my entire phone to the point to where I had to hold home/top button to reset. PLEASE FIX lomography.

Wonderful idea. Terrible execution.

I have an iPhone 5s, the most up to date iPhone at the moment. Not a single thing has caused this device to lock up, or even flinch... That is until I installed this app. It is absolutely horrible how poorly this app functions. Just attempting to open the app causes my powerful phone to heat up. If you want your product to even be usable, FIX THIS APP. IT IS KEY TO THE ENTIRE EXPERIMENT. Very disappointed.
