Providing inspiration for the home bartender, the recipes within this app were created by distinctive bartenders from across the United States to celebrate the unique smoky flavor profile of The Black Grouse. The original cocktails range from classic Scotch cocktails, such as a riff on a Rob Roy, to unique Tiki-style drinks. Each cocktail showcases not only the flavor of The Black Grouse but the distinctive personality of the bartender who created it. As an added bonus, the cocktail recipes are accompanied by a selection of barbecue pairings created by Chef Zakary Pelaccio from New York’s Fatty ‘Cue restaurant.
