We are Macmillan. We are a source of support, helping with all the things that people affected by cancer want and need. It's not only patients who live with cancer, so we also help carers, families and communities . We guide people through the system, supporting them every step of the way. We fund nurses and other specialist health care professionals and build cancer care centres. But we give so much more than medical help. People need practical support at home, so we provide anything from some precious time off for a carer, to a lift to hospital. People need emotional support, so we listen, advise and share information though our cancer support specialists| , website and trained professionals| . People need financial help to cope with the extra costs cancer can bring, so we give benefits advice, and grants for anything from heating bills to travel costs. Together we listen, we learn, we act to help people live with cancer.

Macmillan’s My Organiser is a great new mobile app that can help you plan and record everything that’s important to you, from appointment times and contact details to reminders for when to take your medication.

Everything you need to remember can be stored safely and conveniently on your mobile device so that you can refer back to it whenever you need to or share it with healthcare professionals and carers.

My Organiser is the first planning tool that’s been designed exclusively to help people living with cancer take back control of their lives. It notifies you when appointments are coming up and links you to information and support to help you through your cancer journey.

Simple and effective.

This is a simple app to help you keep on top of your appointments and contacts whilst you're having cancer treatment. There's something nice about keeping it all separate from the iPhone's Calendar.

Great app

This is a great app that allows you to be organised and have all your Cancer information in one place, no more scrabbling about for appointment cards/letters. No more remembering names of medication when you need to let certain people know. No more having to try and remember a consultants name. If you have Cancer or care for someone with Cancer, then this is for you.

Address Book
The Address Book framework provides access to a centralized contacts database, called the Address Book database, that stores a user’s contacts. Applications such as Mail and Messages use this database to present information about known and unknown persons.
Assets Library Framework

Core Data
Use Core Data to save your application’s permanent data for offline use, to cache temporary data, and to add undo functionality to your app on a single device. Core Foundation Framework
Core Foundation is a framework that provides fundamental software services useful to application services, application environments, and to applications themselves. Core Foundation also provides abstractions for common data types, facilitates internationalization with Unicode string storage, and offers a suite of utilities such as plug-in support, XML property lists, URL resource access, and preferences.
Core Graphics
The Core Graphics framework is based on the Quartz advanced drawing engine. It provides low-level, lightweight 2D rendering with unmatched output fidelity. You use this framework to handle path-based drawing, transformations, color management, offscreen rendering, patterns, gradients and shadings, image data management, image creation, and image masking, as well as PDF document creation, display, and parsing.
Foundation Framework
The Foundation framework provides a base layer of functionality for apps and frameworks, including data storage and persistence, text processing, date and time calculations, sorting and filtering, and networking. Launch Services
macOS Launch Services is an API that enables a running app to open other apps or their document files, similar to the Finder or the Dock.Launch Services eliminates apps having to query the Finder to open an app, document, or URL for them. The macOS Finder itself uses Launch Services to perform such tasks.
