Doesn't work.
How does a company release an app like this? Was it ever even tested? I don't know my password and for weeks I've been coming back to use the forgot password option, just sends me to an Error screen. The two reviews made on back to back days giving this 5 stars seems a little questionable. I'm a tech idiot but if Carbonite can't do this well, why should I trust them to be competent at anything else. Now the hassle of finding a new cloud storage service. Not good.

Awful! Don't buy!
Would you trust your data to a backup app with a three-star rating?
What a mistake. I wish I'd never paid for service. I just downloaded the latest update and the screen freezes.
And after an hour of uninstalling and installing the program it still won't work.
In my opinion… This is a horrible program.
Worse. I paid $100 for it.
What a waste of money.
And time.

Works very well. Extremely happy!
I can access all the files from my desktop wherever I am, in one convenient place. I especially enjoy the photos backups because I keep running out of iCloud space. Their tech support is excellent, also. I chatted to find out how to automatically back up videos and they had just released a new version at the beginning of February 2017, to do just that!

Disaster
Very not happy. Signs out every 2 seconds. This app had so many hiccups. Gave them enough passes. Seems like they can't get it right. Will need to switch backup service
