Submit a claim anywhere, anytime! This app allows dealership personnel (non-GM) to submit claims for the OnStar Rewards Pre-Owned Activation Incentive Program. The OnStar Rewards Pre-Owned Activation Incentive Mobile App is a convenient mobile version of the traditional desktop claim screen on OnStarRewards.com. This app requires an OnStar Rewards account and is intended for active participants in the OnStar Rewards program.
This primary function of this app is to allow program participants to submit claims when they properly activate OnStar on any qualifying pre-owned GM vehicle.
Additional features allow users to:
• View the status of their most recent claims.
• View their earnPOWER award point balance.
This application does not contain advertising and is not intended for use by consumers. This app is strictly for individuals employed at non-GM vehicle retail locations.
This app is not for GM dealership employees. GM dealership employees can search “OnStar EarnPower” to find the app for their program.
