Bad
It either fails to connect to server or decides my password is wrong. If I reset the password it still says it is wrong. The entire experience is like it was written pre 2000.

Terrible terrible - don’t waste your time
This app used to be ok last year and the year before, however it now crashes constantly! It hasn’t had a bug fix update in months, the app support website doesn’t work and even the app privacy section on the App Store isn’t completed or up to date. Every order crashes and nothing happens when you hit checkout. You need to DELETE the app and reinstall. You are forced to update profiles each year but the page keeps flicking out before you’re able to press a button. PLEASE DEVELOPERS: DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!

Good when it works but often have timeouts or unexplained errors.

Used to work fine now constant issues.
Used to work well but lately have had to uninstall and reinstall app and same issue happening again. Cannot pay for my son’s lunch or anything else on the app. Waste of time.

Cannot use Face ID
It was fine using iphone8 with Touch ID but since I changed to iPhone 12 it showing error for Face ID and have to type password which is really annoying. I can use Face ID to unlock my phone so my face is not the problem. Definitely this app has a problem with Face ID. Hope it will be fixed.
