I can't log in
I can't log into the app on my LTE but it works on wifi. Why is that?

Needs updating and pmt processing
The app is good to look at your accounts at a glance, but however you are unable to make any payments to any loans or credit cards, wouldn't get five stars if this was part of the app.

Horrible app, stupid policies
The app keeps locking me out even though I use the correct password. I'm a cosigner for my husband who is disabled and whenever I get locked out I can't get the online account info unless my husband who has issues communicating calls in, even though the loan goes on my credit too! What a bunch of dookie. When I asked them how I can be added, they said I could fax in a letter of consent from my husband, they have no actual form like a professional operation should provide and no way to verify receipt. The hassle was not worth the .25% interest savings and I will be refinancing with a company who realizes it's 2016 and provides adequate support to manage my account.

Buggy
After trial and error figured out check deposit only works during business hours. Payee/transfer section needs work. Needs fingerprint functionality. Its been over a year since update. Its 2016, we'll be moving our accounts if you don't get with the times soon.

It's alright but...
It doesn't have pending on the app where u can see what u recently bought but other than that the app is good
