Mounties Group is made up of seven Clubs, Mounties, Mounties Bowling Club, Mekong, Triglav, Club Italia, Harbord Diggers and Manly Bowling Club all of which are devoted to ongoing training and development for our staff, our aim is to uphold the high standard of service offered within the Clubs. We offer in house training as well as training through accredited institutions. While industry experience is certainly advantageous, Mounties Group does not focus on experience in recruitment sessions. Our aim is to recruit people with the right attitude and build experience through ongoing training. Conditions of Employment vary across the Group with each Agreement containing generous additional allowances and incentives and still maintaining penalty rates. Employees are subject to an intensive probationary period which is regularly reviewed by management to ensure training levels are being met and skill levels are being retained.
